TERMS & CONDITIONS

A security of $500.00 ($600.00 Christmas & Easter) is required to confirm booking within seven days, if the deposit is not received in this time the company will assume the booking is not longer needed and the boat will be re-booked. The balance of amount payable is required two months prior of booking date.

Cancellation of hire must be at least two months prior to be eligible for a refund of deposit. (No monies will be refunded if the vessel cannot be rebooked for the full booking ) A 10%fee will apply. If the remainder of monies payable is not paid 2 months prior to booking date the owner has the right to rebook the houseboat. A cash bond as listed is required on arrival, please allow 5-10 days for return of bond. Fuel, any damage, extra cleaning and late return of boat will be deducted from bond.

The fuel tank will be full prior to departure. All running costs (gas, fuel etc) will be deducted from the bond. Hire will commence at 3pm on the first day and the boat is be returned by 9.30am on return.

Woorlong Executive Houseboats Mildura will take time on your arrival to instruct you on handling your houseboat. The luxury boat is easy to operate and does not require a special licence; a full motor vehicle licence is required. Your hosts will take the houseboat through a lock if required, 5 hours notice is needed.

Hire of the boat is on the condition the hirer is over the age of 21 years of age and holds a current full drivers licence. The boat is placed in the hands of the hirer on the date leased unless the company is prevented from hiring the boat due to mechanical breakdown, unusual river conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. Under these circumstances full monies will be refunded to the hirer. The company is not required to compensate the hirer for loss of time due to mechanical problems.

The number of persons on board the boat is limited to the number of berths by NSW Waterways Regulations, the boat must be driven in daylight hours only, no driving under the influence of alcohol. Strictly no pets due to health regulations, no firearms or motorbikes allowed. Sorry, no all male or all female bookings accepted.

Hirers may be terminated immediately without refund for behaviour endangering the boat or its occupants. The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time without explanation and refund all monies paid.
